General Conditions For The Scholarship Application
The following are the general conditions that students need to be aware of before applying for the scholarship program:
- The applicants should be aware that the only slot open for acceptance is for the Bachelor’s degree studies. They should note that any other level apart from the undergraduate course is not available.
- The applicants who have their mother as a citizen of Qatar will only be allowed to study in one of the state universities. They will not be allowed to apply for an international study abroad scholarship.
- Applicants who wish to use the Qatar Airways scholarship programme to further their education to the postgraduate level (Master’s degree and above) are not allowed.
- Once the student graduates from the assigned course in the undergraduate studies, they must return to the country to resume or sign an employment contract with Qatar Airways to work in different fields of the organization.
Documents Required For The Scholarship Application
For All Applicants
The following are the documents that all applicants with no one exempted must provide before making applications. Note that they should be either in JPEG, PNG, or Word document format while uploading them.
- A copy of the applicant’s means of identification either your international passport or your Qatar Identification card.
- A copy of the applicant’s recent passport photograph. It should be in coloured format.
- A copy of the guarantor’s passport and an identification card that will be standing for the applicant.
Required Educational Documents
The following is the list of the required educational documents that the students are expected to make applications with.
- A copy of the applicant’s Secondary School Certificate that has the stamp and logo of the Ministry of Education in Qatar showing good grades attained in the courses offered.
- A copy of the applicant’s current IELTS certificate that is not older than 2 years.
- A copy of a recent letter written by the High School Principal of the school that you graduated from shows the student’s date and testimonial.
- A copy showing that the student has written the IELTS and it must not be older than twenty-four months.

- The student must be willing to undergo some series of medical and psychological tests to ensure the candidate is medically and psychologically fit.
